Ido Eylon

CEO

A well-rounded experienced business executive with international mindset, Ido Eylon is 3DM’s CEO and board member. Ido has a vast experience in the Additive Manufacturing industry in various roles and positions. He started his journey in the industry with Stratasys (Nasdaq: SSYS) where he assumed positions in Israel, North America & Asia Pacific. Being close to the market and customers, he gained a lot of experience and insights on the industry’s landscape. In his last role before joining 3DM, Ido held the position of Vice President Sales & Marketing in Massivit (TASE: MSVT) leading the company’s go to market organization worldwide. Ido holds a Bsc in Biomedical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Dr. Daniel Majer

CTO, Founder

Dr. Daniel Majer is a world-renowned laser and semiconductor electro-optical device expert. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of high-tech management experience. He co-founded Chiaro, a Terabit router company reaching a market cap of $1.5B. Later, he served as VP R&D Laser Development in Optigo, acquired by IAI (Israel Air Industries). Dr. Majer earned a Ph.D. in Physics from The Weizmann Institute of Science, holds 30 US patents and has had 40 scientific articles published in journals including Science and Nature.

David Ben Naim

CFO

Mr. Ben Naim is the general manager of DBN Finance Services Ltd., a company which provides outsourcing financial services to public and private companies. Through DBN Finance Services, Mr. Ben Naim has acted as the outsourced CFO for wide variety of firms: Emerald Medical Applications Corp. , Tempramed Inc., Vonetize PLC, Unet Credit Finance Services Ltd. ,Todos Medical Ltd. 

Mr. Ben Naim had also served as Chief Financial Officer for several 

companies in the biomedical and technology industries.

Mr. Ben Naim holds a B.A. in social sciences from Open University, Israel, 

a CPA license from Ramat Gan College, Israel, and an M.B.A. from Ono Academic College, Israel.

Noa Magon

Office Manager

Ms. Magon has more than 20 years of experience as a company secretary, personal assistant & office manager in Brack Capital Group, a leading International Investment Group. 

Noa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Archeology & Geography from Tel Aviv University. 

Dr. Riki Hihinashvili

Theoretical Physicist - laser design

Dr. Riki Hihinashvili has worked as an applied research scientist in wave propagation projects in Elbit Systems. She earned her PhD in the physics of granular and porous materials from Imperial College London and an MSc in quantum chaos from Ha-Technion. She has published 4 peer-reviewed papers.

Asya Aharoni

VP of Research & Development

Asya Aharoni is an experienced program manager and system eng team leader. She has extensive knowledge of digital printing with focus on the inkjet printing process.

In her previous role, Asya led several development teams providing solutions for digital printing systems. 

Asya holds an MSc and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Shaul Leiman

Experimental Physicist - printhead development

Shaul Leiman is a senior physicist, leading 3DM’s optical systems R&D team. Together with the team, he is responsible for the design and integration of our 3D printing novel print head.
Shaul previously held positions as an imaging system team leader at Landa-Labs and as a system engineer at Nova Measuring Instruments.
Shaul has a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (EE), a B.Sc. in Physics, an M.Sc. in EE from Tel-Aviv University and 4 years of theoretical research in the Physics department at Bar-Ilan in the framework of PhD studies.
Shaul is a father of three, a hands-on person with physical modeling and analytical skills, and a very proud member of 3DM Digital Manufacturing team.

Alex Genson

Mechanical engineering team leader

Alex Genson is a senior mechanical engineer experienced in R&D of complex multidisciplinary systems.

For the last 20 years Alex worked as a senior mechanical designer in Eyeway Vision, Elbit System, the Technology Unit Land Force of the IDF as a leading designer of optomechanical, complex, miniaturized systems and components for Augmented Reality consumer products. 

Mr. Genson holds B.Sc in mechanical engineering from the Technion -Israel Institute of Technology and M.Sc in electro optics engineering from Ben Gurion University. 

Efrat Hasid

Procurement Manager

Efrat is a Purchasing manager responsible for managing the procurement and logistical activities in the supply chain process.

She has previous work experience in high-tech environment and start-ups companies in the fields of communications, electro-optical and medical, such as ECI Telecom, Optigo Systems, acquired by IAI (Israel Air Industries) and POCARED Diagnostics

Astorre Modena

Chairman of the BOD

Astorre is the Managing Partner of Terra Venture Partners, leading early – stage venture fund, focused on environmental and healthcare technologies. Astorre has over 20 years’ experience in VC.

Prior to co-founding Terra, he was Principal at Israel Seed Partners and was a consultant at McKinsey in Paris and Milan. A multicultural specialist, he is fluent in Italian, Hebrew, English, and French. Astorre holds a PhD in physics from Imperial College UK and Post-doc from Ecole Polytechnique FR, with more than 25 scientific published papers.

Orit Zahar

External Director

Orit is an international expert in organizational strategy. Founded the consulting firm Oz Consulting and she accompanies significant clients in Israel and around the world. Prior to that, she held a number of managerial roles in the high-tech industry in which she was involved in leading complex changes. Ms. Zahar practiced law (commercial & capital market) for about seven years and also served as an officer for a number of years in the Air Force. Ms. Zahar holds an MBA with honors from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tel Aviv University. Certified Mediator by the Department of Justice, Certified in Design Thinking from the University of Virginia School of Engineering, and Visionary Leadership from Macquarie University in Australia. Orit served for four years as an outside director at Cannomed – Medical Cannabis Industries Ltd.

Harold Wiener, PhD

Dr. Harold Wiener is the Founder and General Partner of Terra Venture Partners and Terralab Ventures, the leading early-stage Impact VC in Israel. 

 With more than 30 years of industrial and operational experience, Harold is a veteran in the world of biotechnology, chemistry, nutraceuticals, Cleantech and Corporate R&D, both in Israel and abroad. 

Prior to founding Terra, Harold led product and business development for both ‘Aromor’ and ‘AlgaTechnologies’ – both of which were acquired. 

Harold holds a Ph.D in Applied Chemistry from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and has co-authored more than 30 scientific papers and patents in prestigious international journals

Orli Garti Seroussi

Ms. Garti Seroussi is a professional board member and an independent consultant.

In past years, Ms. Garti Seroussi served as the Director of the Bureau of Municipal Corporations in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality, she was the Deputy Director of the Department of Market Regulation with the Israel Securities Authority. Early in her career, she worked in the TLV Stock Exchange and as a teaching assistant in the Faculty of Management at Tel Aviv University, Ms. Garti Seroussi holds a Bachler & Master degrees in Economics and Accounting. She holds an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

Hugh M. Evans III

Hugh is the Founder and Managing Member of 3D Ventures (www.3dventures.com), an investment group focused on additive manufacturing companies.  He previously served as SVP of Corporate Development and Digitization at 3D Systems Corporation from 2013 to 2019.  He also worked as an analyst and portfolio manager at T. Rowe Price Group from 1992 to 2013.  Hugh received his BA from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Stanford University.

Throughout my career I served in various management capacities in startups, and large corporations. I am now serving as the director of Siemens’ Additive Manufacturing Network At Siemens Digital industry software. Previously I served as director of Strategy, head of portfolio management, director of product management and business consulting. I hold a BSc in Mechanical engineering from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern.

Prof. Gideon Levy

Advisory Board

Prof. Gideon Levy is a long-term Fellow of the CIRP, The International Academy for Production Engineering. Prof. Levy’s career comprises simultaneous Industrial and Academic tracks. Activities mainly devoted to advance R&D in the Mechanical / Electronic / Manufacturing world with leading Swiss machinery industries. He was a Professor at the University of Applied Sciences, St. Gallen. Serving as originator and head of the iRPD Institute for Rapid Product Development and was a very early (1997) pioneer in the Learning Factory for Additive Manufacturing. He was responsible for the development of the most used SLS PA-12 materials family and the market introduction of the DuraForm™, DuraForm™ Flex, DuraForm™ HST, CastForm™ and other SLS materials. Prof Dr. Levy holds over 30 Patents and has been published in more than 200 scientific and technical publications. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to the field of AM.
